Many people think neon signs differ only in design and workmanship. In truth, lifespan, brightness, stability, and precision are all decided by the neon strip. VASTEN develops and produces its own strips: 1cm cuttable, double-layer PCB, PET anti-tensile core, and fully encapsulated pure silicone. These outperform standard 2.5cm cuttable, single-layer PCB, PVC sleeve strips in precision, durability, waterproofing, and light quality.

The strip is the heart, muscle, and circuit of Neon Signage. An unstable heart causes early failure; weak muscle leads to breaks; poor circuits cause uneven light.
