First, the manufacture of LED neon lights
FPC is used as the assembly circuit board, and SMD LED is used for assembly, so that the thickness of the product is only as thick as a coin and does not take up space; the general specifications are 50cm long with 60 LEDs, or 50 LEDs. And can be arbitrarily cut, can also be arbitrarily extended without being affected by light. Moreover, the FPC material is soft, can be bent, folded, and curled arbitrarily, and can move and stretch freely in three-dimensional space without breaking. It is suitable for advertisement decoration and use in narrow space, and it is also suitable for combining various patterns as advertisement decoration because it can be bent and curled arbitrarily.
2. Factors to be considered in installation
1. When installing, please fix the hanging shaft, and then hoist it from the upstairs. Do not remove the entire drum before installing it.
2. Cut the incision evenly with a knife, do not cut it at will, cut off the excess copper wire, swing the tip left and right, and then insert the pins.
3. Put silica gel on the plug and tail plug, and make it waterproof.
4. Do not pull the LED flexible neon light forcefully during installation. This product can only withstand a pulling force of 4.5KG.
